Treatments for your wellness journey
1:1 Treatments
Acupuncture stimulates key points on the body to activate the nervous system and encourage natural pain relief. It can help reduce pain, ease stress, and support overall healing. It can be used to support a multitude of health complaints using the ancient Chinese Medical system. I have experience treating a vast range of conditions. So whilst acupuncture can be very effective at easing pain please note it is not limited to this area only. The needles are extremely fine and often barely felt. Most people find the treatment deeply relaxing.
Moxibustion (Moxa) is a gentle heat therapy used alongside acupuncture. Warmed mugwort is applied near specific points to boost circulation and support the body’s natural healing response. The comforting heat eases tension, increases energy, and leaves you feeling restored.
Gua Sha involves gliding a smooth tool across the skin. It helps release deep muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and support lymphatic flow. Many people leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and rebalanced.
Cupping Therapy uses gentle suction to lift the tissue and increase blood flow. This helps ease muscle tension, relieve pain, and reduce inflammation. The treatment is deeply relaxing and leaves the body revitalised.
Indian Head Massage focuses on the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back. Flowing strokes and targeted pressure release tension, relieve headaches, and improve circulation. It is both relaxing and revitalising, leaving you feeling clearer and refreshed.
I offer three types of treatments to support your individual health and wellbeing.
Acupuncture can be indipendatly or it can be combined with cupping, Gua Sha, or Moxibustion (Moxa), depending on what your body needs.
I offer needle-free treatments, which will involve a combination of cupping, Gua Sha, and Moxa, tailored to your needs.
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing therapy that eases tension in the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back, helping you feel calm, refreshed, and revitalised.
For first-time visits (apart from Indian Head Massage), an initial booking must be selected to ensure we have enough time..
